Who We're Looking For

A backend-oriented Python developer with 3+ years of experience writing clean, scalable, production-ready code. You’re comfortable working with APIs, data flows, and backend systems — and you’re eager to build real-world solutions in a dynamic, fast-growing company.

What You’ll Do

  • Build robust REST APIs and backend services in Python

  • Integrate external systems and data sources (APIs, databases, file processing)

  • Work on real business problems across multiple industries

  • Collaborate with consultants and product teams to bring concepts to life

  • Help maintain and scale our internal technical frameworks

What You Need

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python

  • Solid understanding of REST API development

  • Familiarity with structured data and databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

  • Comfort working with JSON, data parsing, and backend logic

  • Ability to write clean, well-structured, maintainable code

  • Technical English – able to read/write documentation and debug tools

Bonus Skills (Nice to have, not required)

  • Experience with AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face)

  • Interest in LangChain or vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma)

  • Document processing (PDFs, scraping, OCR)

  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

  • Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn on the job

  • Experience with Django
